A Little Bit of This & A Little Bit Of That

A while back we celebrated National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day :)

Sally and Libby were invited to Izzy's 4th Birthday party, and had a great time!

 Happy Birthday, Izzy!
Some pictures from Nana's camera when they were here the other weekend

 Me and my baby girl
Sally and Mae after Sunday Mass
The Big Girls got to go to Perkins with Nana and Jane!

Last Friday, Sally went on a field trip to the Children's Museum.  She got to paint her own face, she chose a kitty
 Singin' Sunshine before bedtime
The Dino theme has stuck from Izzy's birthday party.  The girls love to play dinosaurs and hatch from their eggs.  Even Emma gets in on it
Sunday afternoon was a rainy day, so we had a movie day! We watched Big Hero 6, so cute!
Emma didn't get to watch the movie, but she did sit up like a big girl, all by herself for a half hour!
Monday, Memorial Day, we went bowling.  Libby seems to be getting bigger and bigger right before my eyes.
She insisted on moving the ramp all by herself each time.  Love her little calves :)
Sally, rockin' her 'Merica shirt for Memorial Day :)

Hope you enjoyed your Memorial Day Weekend!

Emma's 7 months!

These pictures were taken on the date she turned 7 months.  Getting around to post them is another story :)

She's still happy for the most part.  Unless a stranger comes near her, or someone's really loud and in her face {except Uncle Joey, she always loves Uncle Joey!}.  She doesn't like to see you leave the room.  She really loves her Daddy!

She has 2 bottom teeth and what seems like many more coming on top.  She rolls from front to back all of the time.  Especially in the middle of the night.  But, she likes to sleep on her tummy so Mama's getting a little tired as of late.  Ooof. Feel free to learn how to roll from back to tummy anytime, sweet girl!

Her sisters are still obsessed with her.

She continues to have the best craziest hair.

"hey mom, I'm gonna go ahead and erase your chalk, is that ok?"

She does a great job taking 2 naps each day.

Loves to kick and splash in the bath.  Loves to be outside and look around.

Loves to eat anything and everything, especially if it's big girl food.  She even tried a brat the other day :)  Libby loves to feed her cheese and fruit while I get our lunches ready.

Continues to be pretty calm and content.

She has a new nickname of Petrie.  From Land Before Time.  She "sqwaks" like a baby dino :)  It's a happy little way she communicates.

At the Doc for some makeup shots...clearly this was the before shot.  Although, she did a pretty great job!

aaaaaand that's the last of her size 2 diapers, movin' on up to size 3 :)

Happy 7 months, Sweet Emmer Dos! We love you so!

My Mr. MBA

Reid had his official graduation ceremony last Monday.  Makes no sense to me.  Graduation, on a Monday at 9am.  It's graduation for grad school, more than a handful of the graduates have full time jobs.  Whatevs, it was a great time and I'm really glad I encouraged him to walk.  It made us so much more proud of his accomplishment.

And the visual of his girls greeting him when it was all said and done was a dream come true.  To put it in perspective, he started studying for his GMAT when Sally was two years old.  He finished his first semester of Grad School when Libby was born.  He completed his MBA when his THIRD daughter turned 2 months old.  He started a new job the same day he celebrated his MBA graduation. What a ride!!

We're so very proud of you, Reid!!

Thankful that Nana and Grandpa were able to get there early to get good spots for us.  Not easy getting out of the house by 815am with 3 kiddos and make yourself look presentable as well :)

I circled Reid to help you find him :)

His Cheering Section

Reid's conversation with the lady sitting next him.  "See that lady walking down the steps with the dress on and the baby strapped to her? Yep, that's my wife and those are my 3 kids"

All the girls did great, especially Emma, since it was right during her morning nap.

Daddy's turn!

So much love, support and prayers from his parents and my mom!

I'm sure he appreciated this photo :)
 Emma woke up...kind of :)
 So proud of their Daddy!!

The Craigmile Crew, ready to begin the next chapter

Reid had his first week under his belt at Best Buy.  After his first day, he said, "It just feels right."  He likes it and we're so glad.  Many many blessings!
