I'll Show Them!!

"They WHAT?! You're kidding me, they think I'm going to sleep on my back at Daycare? We'll see about that!"
" That's right, my mommy got our Doctor to send a note saying it's okay for me to sleep on my tummy at Daycare. Phew! My mom was worried. Things are going much better now. Although, I have tested my new friends a bit...I've gotten my clothes dirty (if you know what I mean) three times at daycare. Hey, I want to make sure they really want me there!" :)

Happy Birthday Grandma!!

Dearest Grandma,
Happy Birthday Grandma! I wish I could see you today and give you some birthday hugs and kisses! I also want to thank you for being such a fabulous mom to my mom. Everything she learned, she learned from you! She tells me each night that she hopes she can be as great of a mother as you are to her! She loves you very much and looks up to you! She appreciates you even more, now that she's a mom and is experiencing motherhood first hand! Thank you for all that you do for us!

"We love you forever, we love you for always, as long as your living my grandma (mom) you'll be"

Rainy Day with Uncle Joe Joe

Practicing so he can babysit all by himself! (Sally filled her diaper seconds after this picture, Joey's reaction was priceless)
I can only take care of one baby at a time :)

The Clark Family

Today was last day with the Clark family! It wasn't as sad as I anticipated because I know that the Clark kids will soon be babysitting the Craigmile kids :) Patrick will be 12 in November, Kate will be 10 in April, and Georgia will be 7 in December. Crazy to think I started watching the them when Georgia was only 5 months old! I can't really call it "work" (not that it ever did)when they end up helping me out with Sally! Thank you Clark family for all that you have given me over the many years! I hope Miss Sally and the Craigmile children to come (no, I'm not pregnant) turn out as wonderful as Patrick, Kate and Georgia!

Anniversary Celebrations

First we went to Lake Calhoun, had lunch at the Tin Fish--Yum!, and rented a paddle-boat. Thank you to Pat and Tiff (and Stella) for watching Sally...sorry she slept the whole time!

Then we had dinner in Stillwater at Luna Rossa, and drinks at The Kitchen! Thank you to Jenny and Brian who graciously watched Sally for the evening, even though they just moved into their new home!
Our actual anniversary on Sunday was a nice and relaxing day. Surprisingly the year old wedding cake that had been frozen and thawed numerous times was delicious. We ate cake, drank champange (compliments of Grandma and George) and watched our wedding DVD. Cheers to many more years!

Look at what a big girl I am, sitting in my bumbo chair and holding my head up all by myself!

Tough Little Girl

Many tears were shed at the Doctor's office, but once we got home she wanted to show off how tough she is...2 shots and a smile!

Baby Talk

The best thing about this video is when I replayed it to listen to it, Sally was all ears, smiling from ear to ear, and talking back! It was hilarious. I needed a second camera to capture her reaction!

Sunday Walks

Sally has been enjoying her new mode of transportation! Our neighbors gave us the idea of wrapping the blanket around to keep bugs out and her little tosies nice and warm.

Beginner

Hello! I would like to start off by saying, I am not a writer. You will find mostly pictures and videos on this blog. I became a math teacher for a reason...I can't write, and I'm not that creative. Chances are you will find more than one grammatical error throughout my posts! Well, here goes, wish me luck!
