Fulfilling a Dream...

...well, kind of...Reid used to joke that when we were pregnant with Sally, that someday we'd go to this spot with our future child, get ice cream and watch the ducks.  I always laughed, because coming from Alexandria, this place isn't your typical duck watching spot.  It's in the center of commercial shopping.

As always, we had fun and added a memory to the book.  I'm sure we'll be back (ahem, a few times) before the summer is over.

Her first ice cream cone all for herself!  She saw when her order came up, giggled really loudly and said "Sally's excited, ice cream!"  Everyone looked and smiled...

No way was her Mama was going to get a bite

Not even a little one

M'mmm this is good!

What a scenic view...a Home Depot in the back drop

Sally and I have had a fun girls' week! Yesterday we went to The Red Balloon Bookshop in Saint Paul, with Mary, Lucy and Annie.  They have a GREAT story time, it was a bit crowded, but it was still very fun! We had a picnic with Sally's cousins and then went and played at the park! Great ideas Mary!!

Today we went to Albertville Outlet Mall with Tiffany and Isabelle! Thanks for the fun trip ladies!

Tomorrow, if the weather cooperates, we might try out the Farmer's Market downtown Minneapolis!
