Target.com

it pays the bills :)

They had a family fun night the other night.  After we nearly drove to Wisconsin {Woodbury}, we enjoyed ourselves.

Sally thinks all Daddy does for work is jump in the castle...not really, but it would be funny if she did :)

Checking out the Owl and the Bald Eagle

Dixie catered...it was delish!

Taking a tour of the Fulfillment Center

Bullseye!

you have to wear close toed shoes to tour...

I think we might need to put some balloons in her crib and we wouldn't hear from Libby for hours!

Quick tour of the Fire Truck
It was fun to meet some of Reid's coworkers and put a face to the name!

Summer Days

We've been enjoying a lot of time outside these past few days!

Loving her water bottle from Kari!

She could play with the watering can for hours!

Pretty Purple Lady, thanks to Kari!

Taking her Horsies for a ride!
Our friends, Tasha, Bren and Celia had us over for a play date yesterday!  We met this wonderful family during our Fall semester ECFE Class.  So fun to reconnect! I think we'll be having regular play dates, as Sally and Bren played really well together!! Thanks for having us over!!
taking a break from playing outside to play in Bren's bed

Celia wanted to join in the fun

Tickling Bren

Love this picture, you can almost hear the giggles :)

Sister Sister

I'm sure this is the first of many matching outfits.  I guess it's kind of hard to tell, but they are both wearing khaki shorts {even though Libby's are five sizes too big} and a striped shirt.

This little photo shoot also tells me how different Libby is than Sally.  Had I laid Sally in the grass when she was Libby's age, she would have FA-REAK-ED out.  Libby was all "Hey, what's this? This is different?"  Not all smiles, but definitely no where near tears.

Sensitive Sally and Laid-back Libbers :)

They held hands unprompted

I promise Libby really does have a neck :)

Vimeo-Take 500 of Sally's 3rd year video

Sally's 3rd Year from Jackie Craigmile on Vimeo.

Rolling

Little Lady is a rolling machine...however, she's enjoying it so much it is interfering with her, ahem, her mama's sleep.  She was up at 5am ready to practice her skills, all smiles and giggles of course too, it was hard to be mad at her :)

5am, ready to rock and roll! I know to most it doesn't look like she moved all that much, but we break the rules at our house...she sleeps on her tummy, with blankets **Gasp!** :)
Cannot tell you how much easier this little chopper makes my life in making baby food for Libbers.  Leftovers, oh, just throw it in, grind it up and it's baby food! I only remembered toward the end of Sally's baby food stage that I had this.  I use the hand mixer all the time for malts and smoothies! So much for only trying one new food a day/week...second child I guess you're just less worried and play by your own rules!

Welcome June

We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend.  Maybe I've forgotten that all nice weathered summer weekends are great??? We'll take them.  We did a little of this and a little of that and a whole lotta hanging out.  I know it was that good because I didn't even bother to put any make-up on, on Saturday.

Thank you Kari and Andy for Sally's adorable gift! She's a big fan!!

Mommy got some one on one time with her littlest on Friday, while Sally napped {Daddy had the day off}. We went for a loooooong walk and chatted about life, just she and I.

I can't get enough of this girl.  She gives smiles and giggles away all day every day!

Lots of eating and snacking outside

Big Sister enjoyed getting the pool out again

Nummy Blueberries
A few Sallyisms from the weekend:

*Reid watching golf on TV.
Reid:"Hey Sally, that's Tiger, he's a really good golfer."
Sally:"What Daddy? Where's the Tiger? I don't see a Tiger"

*I put on a pink cover-up dress "Oh Mom, I sure do like that dress.  Maybe I can wear that when I'm a Mommy and be as beautiful as you!" {This was the day I wore no make-up}

*Reid: "Hey Sally, would you like to join a nunnery where you can pray to Jesus all day every day?"
Sally: "Oh! I sure would!  Then Jesus can smile at me!"

June Header

Sorry for the lazy post, but we're a bit tired here at the Craigmile Crew residence.  Miss Sally had a very high fever and had her parents up and worried for most of the night.  Libbers decided she didn't want to miss out so she was up most of the night constipated...sorry.

Happy June and Happy Birthday to Meggers!!
