Mason's 1st Thanksgiving!

We had a great Thanksgiving at Nana & Grandpa's! (Thank you thank you for your wonderful hospitality, all the extras and the delicious food and treats!!)

We headed up Thursday morning.  We were on the road by 8:30am!

So very thankful for this guy and how hard he works for his family and what a great leader he is for us!!
 I love Kindergarten art!
Craigy's 1st flannel!  Those that flannel together, stay together ;)
Mason's 1st taste of turkey, he was so so at first and then he crushed

Thanksgiving 2017...yes I'm barefoot, the girls were too, until they had to run in to get their shoes because they couldn't stand it.  No, it doesn't mean I'm pregnant, I'm always barefoot!
 Gobble til you Wobble

Kindergarten Cousins crafting after a fun BINGO game
War with Gramps, they were 3 deep in a war battle, lots of giggles!
We lucked out that the online ticketing site was down, Grandpa headed in to town to buy tickets to The Star movie, we needed 8, there were 9 left.  Hooray!
 Grandpa's seatmates
 Marc and Reice
Emma's 1st movie! She loved it, well mostly the treats and the seat, but she was very in to the movie as well.  Miss Libby was sitting by us as well, but I don't know where that picture is.  She said the sweetest thing to me during the movie.  There was a point when Mary was crying and Joseph asked what was wrong.  Mary responded that she didn't know how they were worthy enough to have the Son of God as their Son.  Joseph responded that they just had to put their faith in the Lord and trust in His plan, they would do the right thing.

Libby looked over and whispered "Just like you and daddy, with us!" She's so sweet!

Shoe tying lessons!! Grandpa has the most patience!

SUCCESS!!!
The Mister being silly during our Hearts card game. He looks like he belongs on the Grinch in Whoville
Saturday morning we headed to Henning to celebrate Grandma Gen's 95th!!! Birthday! To say she's an amazing woman, would be an understatement.  The fact that nearly ALLLL of the grandchildren and great grandchildren were there, is a testament to how we all feel about her. ♥

Reid and his Cousin Grant "us peace" :)
 Love her!
 Emma and Melissa!
Making sure John gets in a few photos with a selfie!
 The Men singing Edelweiss

The woman sang "A few of my favorite things"

We all sang "Climb Every Mountain" She couldn't help but direct :)
I can't imagine what it must have been like for her in that moment.  Looking out on the crowd of people knowing none of them would be there if it wasn't for her!
and then we headed back home...one hour into our trip, about to entire 94 from Osakis allllll the car lights beeped on.  Long story short, Nana and Gramps came to the rescue! We switched all the stuff in to Grandpa's Highlander and 2 hours later we're on our way again.  The Traverse needed a new fuel injector.  We were only over our Warranty mile by a few hundred so they did fixed it for freeeeeeeeeee.  And then Gramps drove it down to us Tuesday night (not expected, I was willing to meet him half way, but he wanted to come to the special all school Mass that was scheduled for Wednesday morning!)
and that's a wrap on Thanksgiving 2017.

Happy DECEMBER!!!

**Kiddos, waking from naps, no time to proof, sorry for any errors!**
