Go Gophers!

A few weekends ago, on a picture perfect Saturday morning, Nana and Grandpa treated us all to a Gopher Football Game (minus the littles).  Thank you to Kaylee for coming to hang out with Emma and Madden!!

C-Mile Sisters so excited to play with Madden.  Looks like they'll be sooooooo disappointed when C-Mile 4.0 arrives ;)

Emma is used to perfect little Baby Emersyn who sleeps and doesn't say a peep when we play outside.  She thought it was so funny to see Madden sitting up and moving like a real person.

Breakfast before heading to the game

Heading on the bus to drop us off at the Bank Stadium
Picture it the Cheerleaders on the way in.  Libby and Reice didn't care to join in on the picture

We spotted the Peyton family on the way in.  Libby, with her Pre-School Friend, Kathleen.  Both of them at their first Gopher game
Libby's first game! (LJ was a little terrified to be standing on a chair up so high)
The whole gang.  Thank you Nana and Grandpa for the Memories!
 Gopher Fans!
It quickly got warm with the wind at our back and the sun in our face, it was wonderful

Snack Break! Girls love giant pretzels like their Mama!
On Sunday we had a quick uniform change after Mass to cheer on the Vikes!
The girls at their "Eiffel Tower" a special tree they use their imagination at

It was a beautiful Sunday with a bit of a breeze, so we decided to go fly the kite Grandma and George had given us this spring.  It was a lot of fun!

 Everyone got a turn
 Libby does have pants on...
Even Emma got a turn...she quickly realized she needed to hang on, she let the string go and Daddy went sprinting after...it was pretty entertaining!

Miss Emma enjoying her only child status M-W-F mornings...at least until February!

Libby's Last 1st Day of Pre-School

Libby was very excited to start school! She's off to a great year already!

Thank you Meggers for helping her be the cutest one there!

Can you tell the excitement?

"Be the one that is nice.
Be the one that smiles.
Be the one that says hello first.
Be the one that cheers.
Be the one that has time.
Be the one that makes room.
Be the one that thinks first.
Be the one that offers.
Be the one that slows down.
Be the one that asks.
Be the one that includes.
Be the one that waits.
Be the one that understands.
Be the one that admits.
Be the one that considers.
Be the one that volunteers.
Be the one that sits out.
Be the one that invites.
Be the one that listens.
Be the one that can.
Be the one that you will be proud to remember."
Next year they will both be in uniform and riding the bus!
 Ready to rock it!

Afternoon special 1st day of school snack :)
We love the quietness in the hood and extra sunshine playtime!
Those cheeks and arms and hands

Morning Strolls.  "Mom a leaf just fell in front of me.  It's God! and it means it's Fall!"

and then there's this girl.  She's so spunky!  You guys, I think she's ready to be potty trained...I'm just not.  Diapers, they're so convenient.  Especially when we are gone from the house some mornings from 8:30am until 12:30pm.

She understands the power of "poooooooop."  She still goes every single morning.  I think she thinks pee and poop are the same.

She's recently discovered how to manipulate bedtime.  In the middle of prayers, seconds away from going to bed.  She'll look up at me and say "poop, poop, poop." There's no talking her out of it

Never a dull moment around here at the Craigmile Crew! :)

Look at me, 2 posts in 2 days...can I keep it up? We'llllllllllllll seeeeeeeee!

Duluth--Final Day

Have no fear, we're still here.  September and back to school has taken over!

We woke up and headed down to enjoy some breakfast. We got to have an awesome view of a big ship coming in

See Beast Face in the back?

She was in her prime

Waving to Daddy when we went down to get our pool toys

We had a super fun morning in the pool, jumping in, doing handstands and flips and all...mommy included!

The only spot Mommy and Baby couldn't partake

and many more slo-mo videos that I don't have the time to edit and upload :)

Then Daddy led us to the best Sandwich shop--Norther Waters Smokehaus

and we made is just in time to see a large ship come in and then the girls stood under the bridge to pretend it'll fall on their head
The day we all wore hats :)

 Ship coming in hot!

 Big Waves

Sweet Girl got a new Duluth Hat

Bye Duluth, Thanks for the Wonderful Memories!
Looking so old in her hat
Twist my arm, ice cream on the way out :)

 signs of a successful trip!

Almost daily one of the girls asks if we can go back to Duluth or if we can live in Duluth...but then I remind them that if we lived in Duluth we wouldn't live in a hotel and have a pool and free breakfast every morning, so then they decided they'll just maybe go to college there, and if we can visit again!

We will be back! Wonderful place, wonderful memories!

I think I still need to post Libby's 1st day of her last year of Pre-School and the whole Craigmile Gang going to a Gopher game and all of the ordinary moments in between!

Happy Friday, Ya'll
