Libby was quite the chatterbox this last weekend, but when I would get the camera out, she would shy away.  Here are a few attempts to show you.  Feel free to watch one, all or none :)

Big Park, Great Friends

We headed the direction of the big park, Saturday afternoon. 

Libby cooed and giggled as she loved being outdoors all weekend.  Sally was sweaty and pink in the face, as she loved running outside all weekend.

Lucky {or maybe unlucky, depending on how you look at it :)} for the Gearman's, the big park is by their house.  They invited us over for a BBQ. 

I have to keep reminding myself that it is only the middle of March. This weather is so weird, but I'm not complaining.

Back to the Gearman's.

It is so fun having such great friends so close {6 blocks away}.  We had to leave around 7 to get the girls to bed.  Around 9pm Laura text to ask if we were up for a night cap, so they just walked on over.  How fun!

Last week when Reid was traveling, I had the opportunity to participate in a Research Study.  I called up the Gearmans to see if they were up for watching the girls for me.   They were more than excited.  It was the first time Miss Libby had someone watch her other than a family member.  I text when I was on my way home to see how everything was going and this was the response I got.

They go above and beyond my expectations for babysitters :)

When I walked in the door, Sally took one look at me and started crying.  She was mad that I was home.  That's a first! Clearly Kyle and Laura are very loved here at the Craigmile house.  If Libby could talk, I'm sure she would agree!

3 months

Little Lady is 3 months today! 

We would have thought you were crazy had you told us we'd be spending the entire day outside when she turns 3 months.  Upper 70's today, are you kidding me?  We'll take it!

Libby gets happier and happier every day.  I think it's because she's finally figured out the napping thing :)

Last night she slept from 8pm-5am and then 5:15am-8:15am.  She's a rockstar!

She usually naps 2-4 times throughout the day, usually totalling 4-5 hours.

She recognizes her Mommy, Daddy and sister and loves to talk and smile at us. 

She's become very laid back and willing to hang out wherever.

She's taken a liking to the Bjorn on these nice days when I'm chasing her big sister.

She always has her fingers/fist in her mouth.  Sophie the Giraffe has become her best friend {Thank you Christensen's!}

She thinks she's pretty cool stuff when she gets to join us at the dinner table in her Bumbo chair.

Libby enjoys talking and swatting at her friends dangling from her bouncy seat.

Thank you Miss Libby Jo for bringing us so much love these past 3 months.  We love watching you grow each and every day!

It's a happy place around here, as Daddy's back!

She's been sleeping wonderfully at night, 12-14 hours with only two feedings.

We're looking forward to spending the day outside! Crushing records left and right :)

Snakes

It's been one of those trying, tiring, toddler days.

I kind of want to throw her in with this guy

Not really, but kind of :)

Clearly she doesn't share the same fear of snakes as her Daddy.  She was blowing kisses and coming back for "just one more look"

 She very much enjoyed the puppet show as well!

Two more nights and three more days until Daddy comes home.

A special shout out to Miss Kari Martinson, as she turns 29 today! Happy Birthday Friend! Miss you Kari, can't wait for you to be back in MN!!
