Make New Friends, But Keep The Old Ones...

We celebrated Reid's birthday last night with having a BBQ with some wonderful friends! Sorry for cutting some of your heads off, I was trying to get the 2-5 of the cupcakes :) Thank you for your wonderful friendship!

Sally made a new friend yesterday! It was our first full day with Henry and it went very well! I was nervous about how Sally would react and if she'd cry all day because of jealousy. She had one of her best days! She learned to crawl around and climb up on things she's never climbed on before. She wasn't doing it to be naughty, she was having a lot of fun! Every time Henry would make a little noise she was so interested! When she'd wake up from her naps she'd look all around until she could find him. I hope this great behavior continues!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

It's Reid's 25th Birthday today! We started the celebrations early by going to dinner last night to Benihana with our good friends, Pat and Tiffany. A big 'Thank You' to Michelle for hanging with Sally!

In the past, my sister has made a slide show for birthdays. Since we're pretty much twins, I figured it would be okay if I do the same...hope you don't mind Jenny!

Henry's First Day!

We welcomed Henry yesterday, only for a few hours. It was so fun to have a baby in the house again! Can you believe that on the first day, both Sally and Henry were sleeping in their cribs, at the same time?! We'll see if that happens again :)

Sally has been moving around like crazy. Thanks to her cousin Lucy, she's discovered the stairs! The video gets kind of long, but it was fun to record her when she didn't know!

Little Lucy girl turned ONE on Saturday! We were over at the Nash's celebrating her birthday and helping with some yard work.

The Wheels on the Bus Go....

It has been so fun to greet Daddy as he gets off the bus from work. The bus drops him off a block and a half from our house...much better than the commute to Woodbury! Sally is starting to get used to this routine and almost jumps out of my arms once she realizes who she sees!

Today is Nana's birthday!!

We hope you have an extra special day today! We will be thinking about you all day! Can't wait to celebrate birthdays next weekend!

Making Friends

As you know, Sally loves music! Occasionally, on Tuesdays, we attend a class called Musikgarten. A piano teacher at my former school is the instructor for Musikgarten. Sally's favorite part is using the rhythm sticks. Her new friends love to help her out!

Grillin' & Chillin'

We did a whole lot of nothing this weekend, and it was, well, Wonderful! The weather was beautiful and the family was happy! We played, napped, snacked, played, napped, ate, repeat!

Look what I've been practicing!

Nap time has not been the greatest at the Craigmile house this week! Sally has discovered that she can stand and sit and stand and sit during her nap time. You can tell by her facial expression that she's really concerned about getting some zzzz's :)

C is for Cookie

Sally helped me make chocolate chip cookies yesterday, during our rainy day. PJ pictures are before nap time and when she's in her clothes, it was after her nap.

I love this one! Even though she isn't looking at the camera you can tell she's totally enjoying herself...check out her big toe on her left foot :)

Sally loves her some water or milk! She thinks it's so great when she gets to drink out of her sippy cup all by herself!

Swingin' With Daddy

We had a gorgeous weather weekend! Thankful we got all of our yard work done last weekend so we were able to enjoy this weekend! We went for numerous walks! Below are pictures and a video of our pit-stop at the park! (I'm a little thankful for the overcast/rainy day today, so I can get some much needed cleaning and laundry done!)

Happy 11 months!

Sally turned 11 months today! I can't believe how quickly the time keeps going! I keep telling Reid, I don't know how I'm going to handle it when I know it's our last one. It's a good thing we have a while before we have to worry about that!

Sally is learning new things each and everyday. Some of the things she does, now that she's 11 months: says hi, blows kisses, waves bye bye, does a funny face, knows "no no no" and thinks it's funny, army crawl, loves to stand and walk along the edge of things, gives a cheesy/charming smile to strangers in the store...and many more. She continues to laugh and bring more joy to our lives than we could have ever imagined! We love you oh so much Sally girl!

The video below is what happens at our house on Tuesdays and Thursdays when it's nap time, but Uncle Joe Joe stops by for a visit in between his classes. If he hears the slightest noise he insists he must go in to see her...I love her little feet kicking in the air

Waving at the Puppies

We have lots of dog walkers in our neighborhood. Sally loves to crawl to the front door and wave at the passing puppies. She also loves to suck on the metal edge to the door, that's why the blanket is there :)

Do you know the Muffin Nana?

Reid's mom is famous for her Banana Bread Muffins! Every time we see her we are lucky to get a few containers full! Being the great Nana that she is, she made special ones for Sally with no chocolate chips or nuts, and they are just her size. The video is of Sally's very first Banana Bread Muffin! Does she like it? She pretty much speaks for herself...
