Arizona Day 5

Our flight didn't depart AZ until 3pm, so we had some time to hang by the pool before checking out by 11am.

Love how willing he is to always play with the kiddos

The resort can be pretty big, and they encourage you to take advantage of hitching a ride from their golf carts.  We lucked out that our room wasn't too far from anywhere we needed to go. However, we had promised to try for a golf cart before vacation was over.  Two times prior to this, they sent us a van driver.  Thankfully our last attempt we got a golf cart!!

Here we go! Our friendly driver loved that we included him in our Selfie!

We had a little bit of time from checking out to when we needed to return our rental and go to the airport.  One of my favorite ministries, Blessed is She, hosted a retreat in Phoenix not too long ago.  There was mention of a Reliquarium at the Parish where the retreat was held.  We decided to check it out, as it wasn't too far from the airport.

It was beautiful.  We also popped in to say Hello to Jesus in the Adoration Chapel.  It was a perfect ending to a really memorable vacation!

A handful of our favorite Saints' relics

Saint Elizabeth of Trinity...someday a future Saint Elizabeth of Victoria?

Saint Josephine (Libby's middle name) Bakhita

Apparently I forgot to take a picture of Saint James the Great, as well. James is Mason's Middle Name

 Powerful Prayers!

Arizona Spring Break 2019, thank you for being so kind to us!!

It was so wonderful to get home and reunited with our Googly Bear!! :) That's a wrap on traveling minus one member of our Crew!

Thankful & Grateful!!

Arizona Day 4

When in Rome...

In FL we went on a memorable Dolphin Cruise.  We decided to surprise the girls with an hour long trail ride on Horses!

I had to do some research ahead of time to find a place that allowed Emma to ride with a parent, as most places didn't allow it.

We lucked out with Ponderosa Stables!  It was great, there was even a MN connection with one of the workers.

We scheduled a morning ride so it wouldn't be too hot. It was perfect!

Before we started they showed us a trick that a horse named Mississippi does...he smiles on command

It was a wonderful experience.  It was THE favorite for the girls, they gave it a 10 out of 10!

Then we headed back to our resort and had an afternoon of swimming

Emma was a swimming machine.  She wanted me to record her the whole way

She's so stinkin' cute
Small world.  At the MSP I ran in to Jodi and we ended up on different flights, but going to the same resort.  It was fun to meet 2 of her kiddos and catch up.  Some of you may recognize her from Twin Cities Live.  She's also the sister to our Mortgage Broker :)  A beautiful Soul!
 Cheesin
She wanted a pretzel instead of an Icee
 Cheers!
Waiting for mom to finish up getting ready before heading to dinner
Trip Advisor didn't disappoint.  We had a delicious dinner at Bobby-Q's
Yummy Corn Bread and then a surprise of Mini Donuts at the end of the meal.  Lots of laughter and memories with this awesome dinner
We made it back to our resort with just enough time to head up to Different Pointe of View to catch a breathtaking sunset! (the place I referenced in a picture from blog post Day 3)

Reid and I had a photo contest

 This was my submission

 This was Reid's submission

Emma wanted a chance to be the photographer
The judges collaborated and ultimately they picked DADDY as the winner :)
We were up so high a helicopter flew by at eye level, it was very cool!

A memorable last day!

Next up, our final day, Day 5
