Making Cookies with Grandma!

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating Meghan and Dan's wedding!

Sally had just as much fun at Grandma's house...

Thank you Grandma and George for taking such great care of Sally!  She hasn't stopped talking about it.

We also noted that this was probably our last trip to Alex with only one child....getting closer!

Knucks with Jesus

The other day Sally and I were walking to the park and out of the blue she reached both of her arms out and said "Hold you Jesus"  She did it for a good 5 minutes.  It started to freak me out a bit, in that I thought we were going to get hit by a car or something and Sally could see Jesus because he was going to bring us to Heaven.

I decide to record it so I could show Reid.  Sally saw I started to record, got a smirk on her face and started doing knucks with Jesus!  She totally reached a whole new level of crazy!

Here's proof:

She totally does this all on her own and hasn't learned to "pretend" someone is there when they aren't.  She told me this morning when we were eating breakfast that Jesus was eating with us too. Apparently, He was right by her shoulder.  I'm thinking either she can really truly see Jesus, or He is going to be her imaginary friend.  Either way, I guess it could be worse, it could be the Devil or something...oh Sally, how you keep us on our toes at all times!

Enjoy the beautiful Fall weather!  We'll be gone until Monday as we'll be celebrating Meggers and Dan this weekend!!

Pizza with the Ladies

Reid is gone every Monday and Tuesday night because he has grad school classes.  Lucy's dad, Brad, is also in grad school class and is gone Monday evenings.  Mary has another friend who's husband is in the middle of his Residency.  She is a mother of twin girls {I was just exhausted thinking about having 19 month old twins!}

Mary thought, why not have a "single mom" pizza party on Monday night!

Here's a picture of all the kidlets {5 girls..Annie's on the floor} chowing down on their pizza!

They all played so great together!

Night cap at the park!

"Beautiful trees, Mommy!"
Thank you, Lindberg Ladies, for having us over and letting us destroy your house with toys and food! I can see this happening again really soon!

Tractor train ride with Daddy.  Thumbs up dude!

Waving to Mommy

The girls loved to run around in the open grassy area
Crazy to compare where we were at a year ago...

Vehicle Fair

We had a fun-filled weekend!

Saturday morning I volunteered at a Vehicle Fair that was put on by ECFE. It was a beautiful day and a great success, lots of happy kids!  Mary and I helped out with the cookie and pumpkin decorating, while the Dads took the girls around.

Sally's favorite...McGruff!

She was obsessed with the "REALLY BIG Ladder!"

Decorating her pumpkin

Enjoying her cookie and saying Hi to her Mama!
**Photo contest, first picture was mine, second was Reid's, thanks for the comments and emails, we'll have to do it again!

**Congratulations to my good friend Carrie and Tyler as they got engaged this weekend! We couldn't be more excited for such a wonderful couple!! Blessings you two! xo

**Big wedding week for Meggers and Dan! Can't believe the week is already here! I'm excited to be a part of your big day and celebrate the two of you! Meghan is going to be a beautiful bride!

Reading Books

Sally would read books and have books read to her all day if she could. I love how she's becoming so independent {with certain things} and able to entertain herself for longer periods of time.  She sat like this for at least 30 minutes today while I got ready.

Reid and I often have little competitions over who can capture a better picture.  We were walking to the park the other night and spotted this great Fall tree.  Which picture do you like better??

I'll let you know on Monday who took which picture.  Have a fantabulous Fall weekend!

Baby, Baby, Baby, Oooooh

We're on the home stretch!  Jenny has 4 weeks, give or take.  I'm already in my third and final trimester! Where did the time go??

I'm so glad we were able to get another one of these photos before Baby Nash made his or her appearance!  We didn't even try and stand exactly the same as before, it just worked out that way.

A few things about these two pictures:

The one on the left:
*We both ended up having girls, even though everyone thought Jenny's was a girl and mine was a boy
*We thought we were about 4 weeks apart, but the girls ended up being exactly two weeks apart

The one on the right {sorry it isn't the clearest, it was taken on my phone}:
*Amazing what having a little color from the summer can do for a person, especially a pregnant mama :)
*We both don't know what we're having.  People are leaning more toward Jenny having a girl and that I'm having a boy
*This time we are thought to be about 8 weeks apart, time will tell...
