26 months

We made an impromptu stop at a different park yesterday.  There was a little girl who was about 6 years old that was playing there as well.  Sally wanted to follow her every move.  In doing so, she braved doing this, all on her own, over and over and over again!

Retirement Party

Nana comes from a big family, 10 brothers and sisters big.  Reid has something like 46+ first cousins.  It's a lot of fun when we get together with this family.  They had what's called a "Family Help" weekend out at the Grandparents Farm (Sally's Great-Grandparents), where they work on projects to help the Grandparents out, like painting, gardening, building things...

We thought this was a great opportunity to celebrate Russ & Ann (Reid's parents), as they both retired this year.  Here are a few pictures of our short time at the farm.

MN Twins

We went to the Twins game with our friends, Brad and Mary last night.  The kiddies were home with babysitters.  It was fun to get out, just the 4 (5 ;)) of us.  Not to mention the absolutely perfect weather night for an outdoor baseball game!

BBQ With Friends

The other day we celebrated Father's Day with our good friends that live a few blocks away.  You know, Sally's, BFF, Lucy! It's been so fun to see them grow accustomed to one another and finally start to interact with each other.  Sometimes they parallel play, but sometimes we catch glimpses of them sharing and playing like real friends.  Pretty soon they'll be meeting at the park all by themselves to play...hopefully not too soon :)

We had a wonderful time at the wedding this weekend.  It was absolutely beautiful! The weather was perfect, partly cloud and 74 with a slight breeze. 

Congratulations to Kyle and Laura! We're so happy for you! Enjoy your honeymoon to, Belize! See you when you return!

A big thank you to my sister and her family for taking such great care of Sally.  She had a great time with her cousins and has been talking about it since we left! Thank you thank you!

We all had a great time on the dance floor, including Baby C-Mile!  I think he/she wanted to participate in the dancing as well...I felt some flutters later in the evening!!
