Nanny Cam

For my birthday I told my brother all he needed to get me was a free night of babysitting. He came on Wednesday so Reid and I could grab dinner and a movie. When we got home and he was walking out the door he said, "Be sure to check out the video we made."

Apparently right after we left he started doing this with Sally. He's saying "dancing dancing dancing dancing..." He said she was laughing even harder before he started recording! How fun would it have been to record the whole evening of him babysitting?!

Thanks Joe Joe for watching Sally, it's great knowing she has so much fun with you when we're not around. You're welcome to come back anytime!

Self Reflection

After Sally's afternoon nap the sun (when it's out) shines perfectly for her so she can play and wave at her shadow! So cute and innocent!

We went shopping last weekend. After walking around for a bit, Sally needed a break. What better place than in front of three mirrors (she's just like her Mama). Again, pretty cute and innocent!

Oldies, but Goodies

Nana and Grandpa were down this past weekend! We had a lot of fun with them. It was so fun to see Sally finally show her "true colors" after warming up to new faces. While they were here I borrowed Ann's memory card to get some pictures back from December. I thought I would share a few of these with you!

Where is Sally?

Sally has been enjoying the wood floors and how easily she can "scoot" around. She's not quite crawling yet. This has made me vacuum and clean the floors much more often, it's amazing what she can find!

Our New Baby

No No No, I'm not pregnant! It was time to upgrade our home computer. The one we were using was my computer from college. Yep, that's right, it was new in August of 2002...8 years ago!! If you know computers, the minute you buy one, it's outdated. So, needless to say it was waaaay overdue for us to get a new computer! It's amazing that I can have 5 windows open, AND listen to music and the computer won't freeze or I don't have to restart it, or I don't have to walk away, take a shower and still find it "loading"

I do feel a little sad for Sally as she was a bit neglected yesterday as I was playing on our new toy. At least it was nap time when the computer first arrived! However, after the newness wears off I think having this new computer will allow me more time with her because it won't take so long to do my simple daily task I must do each day :)
